Polk County Housing Trust Fund board of directors meetings are typically held on the first Friday of the month, 7 times each year.

 

Below are the meeting dates for the current fiscal year as well as meeting agendas and minutes. Unless noted in an agenda, PCHTF board meetings are held in the 5th floor conference room of the Insurance Exchange Building, 505 5th Avenue, Des Moines, at 10:00 am.

Please note that meeting minutes are not posted until after the following meeting when they are voted to be approved as final.
