Director of Research & Compliance

About the role

Essential team member supporting the Trust Fund's excellence in community development programs and services by leading housing research initiatives aligned with the organization's strategic plan and monitoring program outcomes and compliance to align with the organization's goals.

 

This role must also have an eye for detail, a precision mindset and desire to learn about and help realize the goals of affordable housing programs and strategies.

  • Position Location: Des Moines, Iowa

  • Position Start Date: Immediately

  • Competitive Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000/annually
