Reinvestment Program Fund Project
The Reinvestment Program Fund Project is an annual program and services fund available to organizations operating housing-focused programs or services for Polk County residents in Polk County.

Housing Opportunities for Preservation and Expansion
The Housing Opportunities for Preservation and Expansion (HOPE) is a new initiative to bridge community connections and resources to foster and implement actionable strategic solutions for housing and workforce development concerns. The initiative comprises two programs: Develop the Developer Launchpad and Work That Impacts Housing Coalition.

Develop the Developer Launchpad offers a two-week multifamily emerging developer boot camp and a exclusive multi-month multifamily emerging developer fellowship.
