Matt Hauge

Matt Hauge is the outreach & communications director at the Polk County Housing Trust Fund. Among priority initiatives to which he contributes are the Here We Grow effort to advance workforce housing opportunity and the One Economy Project housing strategic implementation team focused on creating housing opportunity in the African American community. Matt previously served as executive director of the Historic Valley Junction Foundation and prior to that led marketing for Community Housing Initiatives, a statewide provider of affordable housing. He is from the Des Moines metro area and holds an MPA with an emphasis in nonprofit management from the University of Missouri – Columbia.
