What services does the program provide?

PCHTF’s support of this program supports repairs to a home so that weatherization measures can be installed.  State funding is typically allocated for energy savings measures. Measures that can be installed with weatherization funding are components to seal a home from air infiltration and installing insulation to create cost savings in energy usage.

Who is eligible?

Owner Occupied households who are at 200% of the Federal Property Level for household size. That range is typically from the 40% to 70% range for AMI.

Applications can be done by phone and in person.

IMPACT serves Polk County as the CAP agency and handles all applications for energy assistance/weatherization.
