What services does the program provide?
Funds can be used for almost any home improvement as long as the health and safety items are done. No general landscaping, pools or spas. NFC offers products that can be forgiven and others that may require repayment. Up to $10,000 forgiveable funds are available every 10 years, but other programs with subsidy are available more often. Who is eligible?
No income limit applies, but the applicant must be able to qualify for a repayable loan. Generally this will require a credit score above 600 (exceptions apply); debt to income 43%, combined loan to value (LTV) 125% for all property liens. Contact NFC for more details.
