Housing Matters: Intersections
National insights, local collaborations
Increasingly, leaders in the fields of affordable housing, health, education, transportation and economic development are recognizing that they can more effectively realize their goals by working together. Our community is being invited to hear from national experts about the many ways other regions have improved their quality of life through cross-sector collaboration. This will be followed by a lively panel discussion moderated by Pat Boddy of RDG Planning & Design, that includes the below list of local leaders sharing their experiences in working across sectors.
Carol Payne, Field Director at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Baltimore
Amy Slonim, Senior Program Officer at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation
