Community Funders
Relying on public and private dollars, the Polk County Housing Trust Fund serves the needs of the community by offering an efficient and economic way to provide affordable housing. PCHTF passes 100% of private contributions and most public funds raised directly to the non-profit housing providers and encourages development and rehabilitation of affordable housing based upon an annual community needs assessment.
