Technical Assistance Fund
Funding for neighborhoods in the city of Des Moines, suburban communities and the unincorporated area of Polk County, as well as non-profit organizations, to determine housing needs or pursue affordable housing projects tailored to meet the housing need within their area.

The Polk County Housing Trust Fund, whose purpose is, "Providing resources, Partnering for affordable housing," is inviting partners, funders and friends of affordable housing to their 15th Anniversary event celebration, April 8, 2010.
