Our grants and programs to leverage the creation of more affordable housing in and around Polk County.
PCHTF Development Grants
Funding is provided in form of grants or loans for acquisition, rehabilitation or new construction of single-family homeownership, permanent or transitional rental housing, repair of owner-occupied housing and maintenance of existing affordable rental housing. This program is funded entirely by the private sector.
Grants for developers and/or organizations include:
o Multi-Family Rental grants
o Single-Family Rental grants
o Owner-Occupied Housing Repair and Rehabilitation grants including:
o Emergency Repair program
o Minor Repair program
o Interim Lead-Based Paint Control Pilot Program
o Expanded Grant Program
For individuals
o The Fund: Down Payment/Closing Assistance Program (currently not available)
